Right after graduating I started working at Ubisoft Montpellier studio as an outsourcing manager. This was a great first work experience where I got to travel a lot between the Montpellier Ubisoft based studio and the Ubisoft Bucharest one. My role was to train artists, assist the art director and lead artist in the game production, rely communication between the two teams and ensure quality of the assets and game levels created. I really enjoyed working as a manager, I got to meet fantastic people and learn a lot about game production and art. Still, I wanted to become an environment artist which is why I then moved on to become a level artist, and worked on different environments for the game.
